LandClearingDB is a directory of land clearing and forestry mulching contractors. The Site provides information to help users locate and compare local contractors. LandClearingDB is not a contractor, does not perform land clearing services, and is not a party to any agreement between users and contractors.
3. No warranty on listings
Contractor listings on the Site are provided for informational purposes only. LandClearingDB does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing. We do not endorse, recommend, or warranty any contractor listed on the Site. Users are responsible for independently verifying contractor credentials, licensing, insurance, and suitability before hiring.
4. Quote requests
When you submit a quote request, your contact information and project details are shared with contractors in our directory who serve your area. LandClearingDB is not responsible for the conduct of contractors, the accuracy of quotes provided, or the outcome of any project. Any agreement you reach with a contractor is solely between you and that contractor.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, data compilations, design, and code — is the property of LandClearingDB or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, scrape, or redistribute Site content without prior written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LandClearingDB and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any contractor relationship initiated through the Site.
7. For contractors — listing accuracy
Contractor listings are compiled from public sources. If you find a listing that is inaccurate or you wish to claim, update, or remove your listing, contact us at robert@landclearingdb.com.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from use of the Site shall be resolved in the applicable courts of competent jurisdiction.
